MHNF8/27 High-speed Flat Head Ribbon Loom

MHNF8/27 high-speed flat head ribbon loom shares some common features with other weaving looms. It also adopts variable frequency speed adjustment, with a sensitive stop upon yarn break. It also has synchronous core thread feeding function with yarn break control.

This textile processing machine is applicable to weaving various kinds of yarns. It is mainly used to produce round or flat shape of elastic and non-elastic ribbons, such as the cotton belts, label tapes, shoestrings, elastics, decorative belts, strong tensile bands, fishing nets, fishing lines, tow ropes, marine ropes, sports belts, curtain belts, wires, fibers and other high quality belts. 1. The flat head ribbon loom adopts cutter in common specifications, which reduces workload and noise, improving stability and longevity.

2. The machine base and wall board adopt the floor type structure to enhance machine stability. This structure improves the production efficiency.

3. The heald frame moves 10mm ahead to enlarge fabric openings. This ribbon weaving machine shortens the commissioning time.

4. The machine cover is made of ABS environmental material. The front cover is packaged. The flat head ribbon loom is in line with CE standards.

5. The tension spring is lengthened and coated to increase spring buffer and spring life.

6. The yarn fixing plate adopts steel wire spring yarn guide, which achieves high speed yarn feeding without fluffing, thus improving the webbing quality.
