MHSH-X16 Rope Weaving Machine

The MHSH-X16 rope weaving machine combines the advanced foreign technologies with the domestic industrial achievements. It is a high speed knitting machine which will provide you with larger space for output increasing and cost saving.

This rope braiding machine has many varieties according to different number of spindles, which basically can be divided into plural and singular types. The plural type, such as the one with 12, 16, 24, 32, 40, 48, or 64 spindles, is for making round rope. The singular type with 13, 17, 21, 25, 29, 33, or 53 spindles are for making flat belt. There are also special types to make wavy tapes.

This textile equipment is mainly used to produce cotton belts, label tapes, shoestrings, elastics, decorative belts, strong tensile bands, fishing nets, fishing lines, tow ropes, marine ropes, sports belts, curtain belts, wires, fibers and other high quality belts.

5. The rope weaving machine automatically stops upon yarn break. When the core-spun thread is exhausted, the machine will automatically stop running. So the machine can achieve 100% automatic operation.

6. The motor adopts variable frequency stepless speed adjustment. It also provides overload protection.
