Excellent sorting capability
1. The CCD color sorters can effectively remove defective rice grains such as discolored, yellow, grey and purple rice grains. Pecked, chalky and immature rice grains are also excluded. It greatly improves the product appearance.
2. The food safety is also guaranteed with stones, glass, plastics and other unwanted objects removed.
3. By using cutting-edge high resolution and low noise cameras, stable foreground and background lighting, and reliable feed and ejector systems, the machine can deliver rice with the best quality.
4. The broken rice monitor sends feedback based on the percentage trend of broken grains. If the percentage exceeds the tolerance, the machine will give alerts.

1. The D series of CCD sorter can easily be switched between modes. It can be programmed to sort different kinds of rice. It is capable of rejecting obvious defects, unclear defects, and same-color defects at the same time.
2. The modular design can meet various capacity demands. A single-module machine can be used to sort small batch of samples for lab analysis. The speed can be as low as 1000kg/hour. A multi-module machine can manage industrial output in a high speed of 20t/hour.
3. The machine can be configured to operate in various languages.
