Our assistance starts from investment planning and lasts for long term cooperation and support after the warranty period. Senior trainer will give training courses on different products and to different employees at our head office or at the customer site.

Terms of Service
1. We guarantee free repair within 1 year, life time maintenance, 24-hour hotline, online technical support and free software update.

2. As soon as we receive customer’s telephone, fax and mail asking for help, our technical section will send special technicians to the customer’s site in shortest time to do the repairing. We promise an arrival in less than 24 hours within our province, less than 48 hours of outside the province, within 15 days abroad (more time needed if visa required). If there is any peculiar cause that we are unable to fix the problem in short time, we will appoint another maintenance time with the customer.

3. Charges within and beyond warranty: for failures and damages due to improper use, or devices that do not comply with warranty conditions, within the warranty we only charge spare parts cost. Beyong the warranty we will charge both spare parts cost and service fees according to the actual damage, and customer needs to cover round-trip air tickets and accommodation costs.

4. Within 3 days after the customer receives the equipment, we promise a 7-day onsite support including installation, commissioning and training. If the commissioning is needed abroad, the customer shall cover the visa, round-trip tickets, and accommodation costs. If the installation and commissioning take longer time than expected due to customer causes, the customer shall pay our engineers a daily salary of 70 dollars per person. Any delay caused by our side, there is no need to pay salary and our engineer will stay till the commissioning is completed.

5. Even within the warranty, our maintenance service will not cover the equipment failure caused by the following matters: 1) force majeure events, including fire, flood, electric shock, earthquake, war, etc; 2) industrial accident, faulty operation, and abuse(violation of the usage instruction, working environment, and precaution); 3) unauthorized disassembly, maintenance or renovation.
