JT500 Sizing and Dressing Machine

The JT500 sizing and dressing machine is a textile auxiliary machine for the sizing, shaping, and dressing of elastic and non-elastic belts. It shows good wear resistance and pressure endurance with tiny likeliness to delaminate or burst. The applicable fabric materials are polyester, nylon, cotton, and natural rubber. This ribbon shaping machine is especially suitable for polyester fabrics.

1. The sizing and dressing machine adopts efficient heating system introduced from abroad. The heating mechanism features fast warming and stable temperature.

2. The washing mechanism adopts an independent tape transport device to ensure a smooth transmission of fabrics.

3. The surface of the hot drum is chromium-coated to keep clean. The temperature is adjustable. The double-side pressing on fabrics produces highly smooth ironing effect.
