Features
1. This machine adopts 2048 pixels high speed and high resolution linear array CCD image sensor. Coordinating with high precision cameras, it can recognize a discolor area as tiny as 0.04mm2. It is suitable for the sorting and grading of various industrial materials.
2. This industrial color sorter is highly intelligent with multiple auto-tuning and tuning algorithms. A high-sensitivity sensor and proprietary software algorithms are adopted for finding subtle defects in the material.
3. The advanced U chute and high-speed digital processor achieves better system integration and sorting accuracy. The separation is further enhanced by the advanced optical sorting room, special high-speed micro-injection valve, high speed video control algorithm, and highly reliable network protocol.
4. The embedded operating system and the user-friendly interface make the machine easier and more flexible to use. By matching different chutes, the industrial color sorter can adapt to a variety of industrial products in grains and sheets with no need to replace the light source.
5. The upgraded background panel can precisely adjust the background position to ensure consistent performance. A vibration protection device is also added to improve the stability.
6. With high-resolution imaging techniques, thousands of items in 100,000 colors can be defined from the pictures. Linear array CCD color technology and HD color recognition greatly improve the sorting result.
7. Each group can carry out multi-task, multi-mode color sorting by working synchronously. Sorting, reverse sorting, and multi-color sorting are available with this industrial color sorter.
